This month, we welcome a new element to our circle - Shamanic Breathwork, a powerful, conscious breathing practice that helps you access expanded states of awareness, release stored emotions, and create space for healing at a cellular level. Combined with the gentle yet profound medicine of cacao, this ceremony invites you to open your heart, process what’s been held in the body, and reconnect to your authentic essence.
What to Expect:
🌿 Cacao Ceremony - Honor this sacred heart medicine from Colombia, setting intentions and connecting to its wisdom of compassion, clarity, and presence.
🌬 Shamanic Breathwork Journey - Guided, rhythmic breathing supported by music and intention to activate deep emotional processing, somatic release, and nervous system reset.
💧 Integration & Sharing Circle - A safe space to be witnessed and supported in your process, grounded in community connection and sisterhood.
🌎 Ancestral Medicine Teachings - Learn about the cultural and spiritual significance of cacao and other sacred medicines from Colombia’s indigenous traditions.

Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, props for personal comfort as we will be laying down in a part of the ceremony. You are also welcome to bring a special item with spiritual or emotional meaning, journal and pen.
