This four-day intensive offers a structured and carefully held space to explore belonging, movement, and flexibility in our lives and relationships through Family Constellations.
Working across four consecutive days creates continuity and depth. The group has time to settle. Processes can unfold naturally within a stable container.
The format includes:
• Large constellation processes in the full group
• Smaller constellation groups
• Mini constellation interventions in triads
• Clearly framed regulation tools to support the nervous system
• Daily integration and reflection rounds
The intensive is held by four experienced facilitators from the European Institute for Systemic Education and Coaching:

Open to the general public as well as practitioners who wish to deepen their systemic work within a focused group setting.
