What we're doing, hands-on
You'll watch a retail planning tool run live on actual numbers, showing the P&L math at 500, 2,000, and 10,000 doors. You'll activate a 30-day trial of that tool, with the operator who built it in the room. And we’ll do a hands-on 'Replace a role' AI exercise, with content, growth and ops in mind.
