In Foundations to Flow: Integration, students will weave together the core elements explored in Series I & II—transforming technique into expression, and structure into seamless movement.
We’ll focus on:
• Connecting foundational patterns into fluid sequences
• Refining transitions with intention and ease
• Deepening musicality and embodied awareness
• Exploring personal style within structured flow
This class is designed to bridge the gap between learning and living the dance—where your body begins to trust, respond, and create without overthinking.
Come ready to move, to integrate, and to discover what becomes possible when your foundation starts to flow.
✨ All levels who have completed Series I & II (or equivalent experience) are welcome.

Yes! This series is designed to bridge foundations into flow. We’ll continue building strong fundamentals while layering in technique, connection, and musicality at a comfortable pace. You’ll be supported every step of the way. ✨
📚 What does “progressive lessons” mean?
Great question! Each week builds on the previous one, allowing you to grow steadily and retain what you learn. Think of it as stacking skills — not random drop-in classes, but intentional development over 4 weeks. 🚀
🤝 Do I need a partner?
No partner needed! We rotate throughout class so you can practice with different dancers and build real social dance confidence. Come solo or bring a friend — either way, you’ll be welcomed into the community. 💫
