About this Event
This series offers basic tools so you can create & refine your personal practice to receive the many benefits yoga provides.
Each week we practice together in the context of sequential exploration of the 8 limbs of Yoga, allowing for inquiry and personal growth. In community we will connect through dialogue, movement, breathwork, and guided meditation.
Each class dives below the surface of the 8 limbs: Yama (ethics), Niyama (self-discipline), Asana (movement), Pranayama (breath), Pratyahara (sensory transcendence), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), Samadhi (enlightenment).
Weekly sessions will focus on integrating your body and mind through foundational postures & guided meditation, providing a solid base for any asana practice and a deeper connection to yourself and others!
This series is safe & accessible to all practitioners.
This 2025 series starts on Thursday, March 6th (6:30pm to 7:30pm), continuing every Thursday for six weeks, concluding on April 10th.
Sliding scale registration: $150 - $500 (Students, Discounted, Full, and Pay-it-Forward pricing).
