Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this series is designed to meet you gently, clearly, and intentionally.
Over four spacious Saturdays, we will slow down and build from the ground up.
You’ll learn:
• Foundational poses and proper alignment
• Breath awareness and nervous system regulation
• How to transition safely between shapes
• The language of yoga classes so you feel confident walking into any room
Each session is 90 minutes to allow time for questions, practice, and integration.
