If you are new to yoga or want to dive deeper into understanding the practice as a whole then this workshop is perfect for you! This series consists of four workshops, each designed to delve deep into the key principles and practices at the heart of yoga. What to Expect

In this workshop series, each week you'll delve into the core elements of yoga, including:

Yoga Philosophy: Explore the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Learn how these teachings provide a framework for living a balanced and harmonious life.
