About this Event
Meet us on the turf for a Boot Camp class style work out - it’s a 45 minute workout using light weights and body weight in fast pace strength workout encompassing the entire body. We will be targeting a lot of of these stabilizing muscle muscles that will help you move better throughout the day. Dr. Meyer has experience in personal training as well as chiropractor care, and we’ll focus on the quality of your movement. Bring a mat and light weights or a weighted vest.
To reward yourself after class, you will be given a draft beer or mimosa included in your ticket price. Five dollars get you a 45 minute class as well as a drink afterwards members are free to bring their dogs. If you do not have a membership you will have to pay the daily rate.
