This clinic is dedicated to preparing young horses for starting under saddle using a natural, force-free approach.
The primary objective is to build confidence and establish a strong connection between horse and rider.
The clinic covers essential techniques such as desensitization to the saddle and rider, teaching horses to respond to pressure, and developing forward movement.
Having been involved in rescue for 13yrs, I have started numerous horses under saddle and this method has always worked. Even with highly anxious and nervous horses.
Participants have the option to bring their own horse or use one provided by the charity, with a participation fee of $120
