Introduction to Sports Taping and Strapping: Understand the types, purposes, and benefits of various sports taping materials and how to use them in the sporting environment.
Anatomy and Biomechanics: Revise surface anatomy relevant to sports taping and strapping. – Learn the biomechanics of common sports injuries.

Assessment and Decision Making: Learn how to evaluate injuries and decide on the appropriate sports taping technique.
Contraindications
Application Techniques: Hands-on practice in applying various sports tapes correctly.
Removal and Aftercare: Proper methods for sports tape removal and skin care.

📈Course Requirements
A sound working knowledge of surface anatomy is required. Guidelines include anatomical landmarks and the origins and insertions of main muscle groups covering the joints listed above.

All the sports tape required to practice with. Your sports own taping scissors to take away post-course.
