DESCRIPTION DU COURS
Training Objectives:
By the end of this full-day of IASTM course, participants will be able to:
Identify relevant anatomical structures, indications, contraindications, and precautions for safe and effective IASTM application.
Perform comprehensive soft tissue assessments and interpret clinical findings to guide treatment decisions.
Select and correctly grip appropriate instruments for different treatment goals.
Apply foundational IASTM strokes to assess and treat soft tissue restrictions, improving mobility and reducing adhesions in targeted areas.
Modify pressure, angle, and stroke length based on tissue response and client feedback.
Integrate biomechanical principles and IASTM methods into an evidence-informed, person-centred treatment plan tailored to each client’s needs.
Hands-on, learner-centred approach with emphasis on applied anatomy and clinical integration.
