Logistics
Foundations of Compensation is a three part series on Wednesday 9/4, Monday 9/16, and Monday 9/30. All three sessions will be from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m (PT) at a 501 Commons conference room.

Presentors

Margaret Grace Henning, Senior Resource Consultant at 501 Commons
Margaret is a seasoned HR professional with 20+ years of diverse experience, has led HR departments in organizations of varying sizes, specializing in biotech and healthcare sectors. With a Bachelor’s degree from Occidental College and prestigious HR designations including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and CCP, Margaret brings extensive expertise to her role. She excels in guiding teams through transformative changes and delivers dynamic training with an engaging style. Currently based in Gig Harbor, Washington, Margaret has roots in Nebraska, California, New Mexico, and Texas.

Claudia Malone, Human Resource Consultant at 501 Commons
Claudia, who has over 30 years of HR and training experience, helps organizations enhance their human capital management for improved outcomes. As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with a psychology degree from the University of Rhode Island, she is dedicated to supporting nonprofits and teaching HR courses. Claudia is semi-retired and based on Whidbey Island; in addition to her work with 501 Commons she also volunteers with KidVantage (formerly Eastside Baby Corner), a nonprofit aiding children and families in need.

Danielle Lyda, Human Resource Program Manager at 501 Commons
Danielle is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in nonprofits and HR outsourcing, serves as the HR Programs Manager for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho at 501 Commons. With a BA from Idaho State University, where she studied Pre-Colombian Art and Art History, Danielle brings a unique perspective to her practice, embracing diversity and assisting individuals, organizations, and communities in achieving their goals.
