Every step you take tells a story about how your body organizes itself — from your toes all the way up through your spine. Your feet quietly carry you through every day, yet most of us don’t give them much attention until something starts to hurt, feel stiff, or move differently. Foot issues like bunions, hammer toes, toe misalignment, and recurring pain aren’t just “foot problems” — they’re signals from your foundation that something deeper is asking for support.Your feet are your foundation. And when they aren’t doing their job well, everything above them adapts.
Over time, that compensation can show up as pain, instability, or inefficient movement patterns that never quite resolve — no matter how much stretching or strengthening you do.
That’s why we created our Foundations in Motion: Foot & Gait Intensive — a one-day, small-group movement clinic designed to restore strength, mobility, awareness, and coordination from the ground up.
This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about re-educating your body to move the way it was designed.
🌿 What Makes This Different
This is not a lecture-style workshop.
It’s a true movement lab — where we explore, feel, and retrain how your feet connect to your whole body using:
• Simple, practical anatomy
• Sensory awareness + nervous system integration
• Foot strengthening and mobility
• Ankle and calf elasticity
• Balance foundations
• Walking mechanics
• Personalized coaching and feedback
• Real-life application you can take home
You’ll also receive:
✨ Access to our online Foot & Gait Movement Library
✨ A take-home Foot Tool Box filled with simple tools and goodies to support your home practice
So you’re fully supported long after clinic day.
🗓 Clinic Day: Saturday, April 4th
🦶 Foot Lab — 9:00am–11:30am (2.5 Hours)
(Max 10 participants — can be taken alone)
A deep dive into foot function and how it influences your knees, hips, posture, balance, and overall movement.
We’ll cover:
• Toe mobility + intrinsic foot strength
• Arch responsiveness and load distribution
• Ankle mobility + calf connection
• Sensory mapping and nervous system support
• Daily practices to wake up your feet and restore function
🥗 Short Lunch Break
We’ll take a brief break between labs.
An optional catered boxed lunch will be available — details will be sent as we get closer to clinic date.
🚶♀️ Gait Lab — 12:00pm–3:00pm (3 Hours)
(Max 6 participants — Foot Lab required)
This is where everything comes together.
In this small-group intensive we explore:
• The phases of gait (made simple and practical)
• Foot placement, push-off, and timing
• Load transfer from foot to hip
• Arm swing and trunk rotation
• Personal compensation patterns
• Balance challenges and walking integration
Because this portion is capped at ONLY 6 people, each participant receives near-private level coaching.
(Gait Lab cannot be taken by itself.)
✨ Who This Is For

• Deal with recurring knee, hip, or low-back discomfort
