The Foundation Coaching course runs every Thursday for six weeks, 7-8PM.It is designed for those looking to get into badminton for the first time, or if you need to work on the basics of the game. Over the six weeks participants will cover a variety of content including basic skills, scoring and movement.
The Improvers Coaching course also runs every Thursday for six weeks, 8-9PM.
This course is designed for players who have experience playing but want to improve by learning new tactics and skills. With the help of our coaches, you will cover a range of tactics and movement as well as a range of shots.
Both courses offer an ideal setting to explore a new sport for the first time or enhance your current skills.
