Discover clarity and self-expression through found poetry. A mindful writing workshop to connect mind, heart, and creativity.
About this Event

Enjoy a unique experience exploring the connection between creativity and mindfulness through found poetry.

In this guided workshop, you’ll tap into intention, allow your energy to flow, and discover how writing can unite the mind and heart—revealing deeper levels of understanding and insight.

Using simple, accessible techniques, you’ll create poetry by working with existing text, allowing meaning and expression to emerge naturally. This process removes pressure and opens the door to creativity in a relaxed and supportive way.

Through this experience, you will:

  • Explore creativity without needing prior writing experience
  • Connect more deeply with your thoughts and emotions
  • Strengthen self-compassion and inner awareness
  • Gain fresh perspective through reflection and expression

This is not about “writing it right”—it’s about discovering what is already within you.
