About this Event
Join us at Forth and Tay Community for our annual face-to-face session on Thursday 23 April (7pm) at McDiarmid Park in Perth.
The topic is Impostor Phenomenon and how it can affect staff in Health and Safety careers.
The session will cover a presentation, panel discussion and Q&A. After Q&A there will be a great chance to network with other attendees over tea/coffee and snacks.
Our main presenter is Nicky Reid (CEO of the Scottish Professional Football League Trust) and after Nicky’s Impostor Phenomenon talk she will be joined by 3-4 IOSH members for a panel discussion on the topic, including experiences and examples of how Impostor Phenomenon can influence and affect staff in our H&S careers.
The panel will comprise people with diverse background and experience, so the session should be of interest to IOSH members of all ages (e.g. mentors/mentees, students, future leaders etc). Non-members are also welcome to attend so feel free to invite a colleague or friend who may wish to join you. This session is also an excellent CPD opportunity.
