Experience some Living History of our colony in the 'Boom Era' of the 1880s at Fort Glanville!
Access to the Visitors' Centre (original uniforms, artifacts and displays on some of the personalities and events that make Fort Glanville unique!)
See authentic reenactments of the drill of the South Australian Permanent Artillery Forces at the original site of 'B Company Battery' at Fort Glanville.
Hear the roar of and see the fire from the original and still-operational 'Fiery-mouthed monsters', as the media of the day called the various cannon installed at the fort.
Interact with members of the Historical Association in period costume.

Refreshments and souvenirs available in Visitors' Centre.
Entry via the Visitors' Centre at South-East corner of Military & Bower Road intersection, Semaphore Park. Visitors' car parking (included in ticket price) from Military Road, south of Visitors' Centre (next to and north of Adelaide Beachfront Caravan Park).
Please check-in upon arrival, maintain COVID-Safe distances and follow all instructions from the designated COVID marshalls.
Note that events will be cancelled in the case of a total fire ban/other National Park closures, so check this event listing for any updates on the day.
