Forming is a guided breathwork gathering centered on embodied inquiry and self-directed exploration. Through breath and reflection, we’ll engage change as a living process—one you can sense, respond to, and shape without pressure.
This experience includes:
- A 3-part conscious connected breathing practice with music and intuitive energy work
- Guided inquiry to support self-awareness and inner listening
- A group card pull and intuitive reflection to name what’s most present in the room
- Time for integration through journaling and optional community sharing
You’ll be gently guided into a meditative, expanded state of consciousness through breath, with space to connect—both inwardly and with others—at your own pace.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Come as you are.
