Come comunità della Dea che vive al giorno d’oggi, siamo particolarmente devoti alla Dea che è Mare ed Amore insieme, è l’energia che muove il Mondo.
Il nostro proposito è di offrire una formazione strutturata in tutte le aree della spiritualità, in particolare quelle che concernono il Divino Femminino.
Oggi la Dea sta tornando alla nostra consapevolezza.

Gli antichi e ri-attualizzati insegnamenti verranno trasmessi, nel corso dei tre anni, sul suo sacro corpo, che è il paesaggio, tra Roma (dove era la Dea più venerata) e la Costiera Amalfitana (Terra delle Sirene e del vulcano Vesuvio, Yoni Sacra della Madre della Creazione). L’unione del Fuoco e dell’Acqua, del Sole e della Luna, fonde i suoi aspetti di amore sacro e passione.
Durante i tre anni e poi per sempre nella nostra vita la Dea ci riunirà con noi stesse nella nostra completezza e sacralità, insegnandoci come Afrodite, ed il Mare siano la stessa cosa: l’origine della vita, l’origine dell’Amore Sacro che muove il Mondo.

Da diversi anni, attraverso il Tempio, nutre il progetto “Ri-Attivazione degli antichi Templi e dei Luoghi Sacri della Dea”, nell’intento di ri-sacralizzarli, ri-attivarli energeticamente e rivendicarli, restituendo loro dignità e vita anche attraverso un dialogo con direttori e direttrici dei siti sacri archeologici, affinché la comunità della Dea possa nuovamente e liberamente onorarLa e celebrarLa in questi luoghi. È inoltre Sacerdotessa di Avalon e Sacerdotessa della Dea presso il Glastonbury Goddess Temple, cerimonialista, guaritrice, insegnante, attrice, scrittrice ed artista. Maya Vassallo offre anche Terapie di Guarigione e Sessioni di Mentoring Individuale di Spiritualità e Medicina Olistica e Counselling di Amore Sacro individuale anche via Skype.
Dopo aver conseguito con il massimo dei voti una laurea in SDC Curriculum Giornalismo con una tesi sulla Belle Epoque e la sua influenza sul varietà, una laurea in Editoria e Giornalismo con una tesi sulla Magia, la Spiritualità ed i mass media ed una in Teatro ed Arti Performative con una tesi sperimentale dal titolo "Eros e Thanatos in Shakespeare", ha perfezionato lo studio della recitazione Shakespeariana (in lingua originale) e dell’uso della magia nella sua epoca e nelle sue opere, approfondendo gli studi a Londra con attori della Royal Shakespeare Company. I suoi viaggi attraverso molte Terre Sacre del mondo come Cipro, Glastonbury Avalon, India, Thailandia e Messico ed i suoi studi con Insegnanti Spirituali di rilievo internazionale hanno costituito una parte importantissima nella sua formazione come Sacerdotessa. Ciò l'ha condotta a dedicare la sua vita ad Afrodite, fondando il primo Tempio moderno a Lei dedicato in Italia, oltre 2000 anni dopo la distruzione di tutti i Suoi Templi ad opera del patriarcato. Il Tempio della Grande Dea è oggi nuovamente aperto a Roma, città sacra ad Afrodite e Terra meravigliosa, troppo a lungo depredata dal patriarcato, e che sta finalmente risorgendo nel Suo amore.

Maya Vassallo, Priestess founder of Temple of the Great Goddess in Rome, offers this sacred 3 Year Training "Priestess of the Sea – Priestess of Aphrodite" for ????? ??? ??? who feel the calling of the Goddess in their hearts and those who incarnate the sensuous energy of the Great Goddess of the Sea, Love and Alchemy. Every year is structured in eight workshops and they are based on experiencing Aphrodite on spiritual, mythological and anthropological research.
These ancient and re-actualized teachings will be transmitted on "Her" sacred body, that is the landscape, of Rome, Italy (were She was the most venerated Goddess) and in Amalfi Coast (Land of Mermaids and volcano Vesuvio, Sacred Vulva of the Mother of Creation). The union between Fire and Water, Sun and Moon, blends Her aspects of sensuality and passion. 1 times a year during each wave of this training you will join us at our Goddess Temple in Rome, to work in person in circle with the other attendees of the course.
During the three years, and then forever in your life, the Goddess will reunite within you. Anchoring wholeness and sacredness, and teaching us how Aphrodite, the Sea and Alchemy are the same thing: the origin of Life, the origin of Love and the Energy that moves the World.

?6/12 September 2021 - INTENSIVE TRAINING IN THE BEAUTIFUL AND MAGICAL ROME
In this First Wave we learn to Journey the Sacred Path of Aphrodite through the Seasons. During each season we will work with the elements as we connect to the changes of nature thru the landscape and the archetypes of Aphrodite. Coming into union with the natural world thru the eyes of Aphrodite, we begin to attune with the landscape and natural world. This First Wave is open to Women and Men.
During this first year we cover these areas of study:
• Celebrations and journeys around the Wheel of Aphrodite an the circle of seasons
• Knowing and singing the Nereides
• Experiencing Aphrodite through the Sea and Nature in Amalfi Coast and Rome
• Teachings, ceremonies, awakening of intuition and creativity, walking on the sacred body of the Goddess, in the Nature, to access the mysteries
• Practicing the teachings daily (prayers, offerings, ceremonies, visiting sacred sites, creating altars, making astral journeys)

At the Close of the 1st Year Wave, there will be a dedication ceremony and you will receive a certificate for completion of "Sisters and Brothers of Aphrodite".
The intensive week of September will take place in the beautiful and magical Rome, all day long.
In this wonderful week of intense work, pilgrimages to the sacred places of the Goddess in Rome and surrounding areas are planned.
WAVE II (2nd Year Of Training) - PRIEST-ESS OF THE SEA
In Wave 2, our focus turns to learning the sacred tools of a Priestess of the Sea. Working specifically with all the elements and tools for Embodiment and channeling as an oracle. We practice the arts of divination and reading the elements. Working with nature in ceremony, and learning how to plan, organize and guide ceremony for self and others.This wave also has a special emphasis on working with the Sea. A priestess of the Sea knows her environment and has access to all the elements that support her in her work. This 2nd Wave is open to Women and Men.
During this 2nd year we cover these areas of study:
• Experiencing Aphrodite Great Goddess of the Sea, Love and Alchemy through the Sea, devotional practices and service
• Learning the practices as Ceremonialists, Priestess-ess, Melissas, facilitators, guides in astral journeys and spiritual coaches working with the Sea
• Learning how to journey to and guide to Atlantis
• The Memory of Water – Ceremonies for and with the Sea and the Water
• Re-membering and serving the Goddess, supporting the community and the individual
• Emotional and Spiritual Healing through the Sea and Aphrodite in Her aspect of Great Goddess of the Sea

WAVE III (3rd Year Of Training) - PRIEST-ESS OF APHROFITE
In Wave 3, we focus on the Devotional Practices of a Priestess of Aphrodite. We embody the arts of Love and Sensual Awakening. Inviting the senses alive thru the arts of, sound, dance, color, chanting, perfumes, and poetry. We explore how to use love energy for a higher purpose. Ultimately learning that "Deep Devotion" is the root awareness a Priestess of Aphrodite carries. From this place all her sacred arts flow. During Wave 3 you will embark on 3 Sacred pilgrimages to Rome to study together in Circle in the temple "Tempio della Grande Dea – Roma" as well as explore the ancient Temples and Sacred Places in and around Rome.
This 3rd Wave is only open to Women at this time.

Maya Vassallo is the founder of the Temple of the Great Goddess, to which she dedicates her life, serving as a Priestess of the Sea and Priestess of Aphrodite. She teaches the Sacred Triennial Path "Priestess of the Sea - Priestess of Aphrodite ©", the annual, individual and online Training "Daughter of Aphrodite ©" and holds workshops and conferences concerning the Spirituality of the Goddess. For several years, through the Temple, she has nourished the project "Re-Activation of the ancient Temples and Sacred Places of the Goddess", with the aim of re-sacralizing them, re-activating them energetically and claiming them, restoring their dignity and life also through dialogue with directors of the sacred archaeological sites, so that the community of the Goddess can again and freely honor and celebrate Her in these places. She is also Priestess of Avalon and Priestess of the Goddess at the Glastonbury Goddess Temple, ceremonialist, healer, teacher, actress, writer and artist.
