Over the course of a full weekend (Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday), participants will learn to use the Yoga Wheel safely, creatively, and therapeutically, applying the principles of the Transformative Method. The course combines theory, practice, biomechanics, and teaching methodology, providing a solid foundation for both teachers who wish to incorporate the wheel into their classes and practitioners seeking to deepen their own practice.
