Combined Forklift Training & Refresher Course
Includes the 6-hour Theory portion only: Each participant will be Forklift Certified upon completion. It is up to the participant to complete their practical evaluation at their place of employment. Practical evaluation forms will be provided. It is up to the employer to deem the employee competent to operate the machinery. Practical evaluations forms are to be kept on file by the employer.
The forklift safety certification follows the current CSA Standard B335 for the Safe Operation of Lifting trucks, as well as the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development. “Guideline for The Safe Operation and Maintenance of Powered Lift Trucks.”
Program Duration: 6 Hours
Delivery Methods: Classroom
Training Is Valid For: 3 years from the date of successful completion.
Materials Provided: Course materials and participant workbooks.
Certificate Issued: Upon completion, students will be issued a certificate and wallet card showing proof of their training.

Payment: $245.00 Plus HST and Eventbrite fees per person based on a minimum class size requirement.
Payment must be received at time of booking.
Please note: This is a one day, 6 hour course - facilitated by Industrial Safety Trainers - and the HMA has the right to cancel/reschedule if the minimum class size requirement is not met. You will be notified of any changes within 5 business days of the scheduled training session.
HMA Cancellation Policy: An administrative fee of 15% will be charged for any booking withdrawals. A refund of 85% will be given if a company/registrant withdraws within 7 business days prior to the course date. Following this the full amount will be charged.
Class/Program Cancellation: All pre-paid fees will be refunded within 7 business days if the course is cancelled.

There is a lunchroom in the facility.
Proper footwear is required, no open toe shoes or high heel shoes permitted.
