This special program shines a light on the music of women whose voices history has too often silenced. Through the intimate and dynamic medium of piano four-hands, the concert brings to life works of extraordinary imagination, depth, and lyricism—pieces that were overshadowed in their own time, yet deserve to stand proudly beside the canon.
From lyrical miniatures to bold, virtuosic scores, the evening will showcase the richness of female creativity across centuries, tracing stories of resilience, artistry, and rediscovery. Two pianists share one keyboard, weaving their sound into a conversation that restores not only forgotten music, but the spirit and presence of the women who wrote it.
This concert is both a celebration and a reclamation: a tribute to the composers who, despite obstacles, left us music of enduring beauty.
