The Battle of Littleferry
On the morning of the 15th of April 1746, the Jacobite northernmost forces under the command of the Earl of Cromarty were on their way to reiforce the army of Charles Edward Stuart for the final confrontation at Culloden. Instead they found themselves trapped between highlanders loyal to King George and the sea. The following chaos would become known as the Battle of Littleferry.
