We’re often told we “must” forgive in order to heal; but what if forgiveness doesn’t look the way we’ve been taught?

Forgiveness can be one of the most misunderstood parts of healing. Many of us have been told that forgiveness is the only path forward, even when our hearts are still aching. We may have been urged to forgive too soon, leaving parts of us feeling unseen and unheard. But forgiveness cannot be forced; it must be understood.

This workshop is designed to be a gentle and empowering experience to help you explore forgiveness through a new lens: one rooted in clarity, compassion and choice. Through guided reflection, writing and somatic practices, you’ll discover what forgiveness truly is, what it’s not, and how to honour your own readiness without judgment.

You’ll also experience a nourishing meal and a deeply restorative hammock sound bath, designed to help your body release tension and integrate what you’ve uncovered. This is a space where you are free to be exactly where you are. No pretending. No rushing. Just gentle truth.
