About this Event
The path to true forgiveness is rarely simple. It asks us to be present with our wounds, to release the weight of resentment, and to soften into gratitude.
In this deeply intentional workshop, we’ll move through the powerful teachings of Kundalini Yoga, guided breathwork, and a transformative meditation to help open ourselves to the practice of forgiveness. Inspired by The Book of Forgiving by Desmond Tutu, we will explore the fourfold path of forgiveness:
✨ Admitting the Wrong – Honoring the truth of what has happened
✨ Acknowledging the Harm – Recognizing pain without letting it define us
✨ Telling Your Story & Witnessing the Anguish – Giving voice to our experiences
✨ Asking for Forgiveness & Choosing to Renew or Release – Liberating ourselves from the past
Forgiveness is not about forgetting—it is about freeing ourselves. As we integrate movement, meditation, and reflection, we will discover the profound link between forgiveness and gratitude, opening space in our hearts for love, compassion, and peace.
