FORGIVENESS: Afternoon of Divine Spiritual Experience

Join this community-building, non-religious gathering. The theme is FORGIVENESS. It's not an event where we throw away and burn things (nothing wrong with that . Rather, we will connect to the energy of the Creator directly to gently guide us in releasing whatever is no longer serving us. You can bring individual and collective intentions.

The energy of forgiveness is powerful (selfishly for you - it helps to unload and soften the mind, relax the body and even heal the body (anger creates disease), restore faith and hope, connect to our hearts, and come into the present moment, bring about clarity, and come into self-acceptance.
This gathering aims to deepen our spiritual connection with the Divine within, soften our heart, and connect to inner wisdom. We will also do community-building activities to strengthen our connection to each other & play to channeling. The group practice magnifies the effect.
The event:
Please wear comfortable clothes. There are options to sit in chairs, on meditation benches, or on the floor (with blankets for support). Blankets and yoga mats are available. If you need anything extra for comfort, please, bring it along. Bring water. Light snacks will be provided.
You do not need prior experience with meditation or channeling. However, you do need to be able to stay focused and open to the experience.

If you have severe mental illness, we advise obtaining written permission from your primary care physician.

When practiced consistently, it brings about much change in all aspects of your being: mind, body, nervous system, vision, embodiment, and more.
Are tickets refundable?
No, but if you are sick, you can transfer to a future event.
What’s the parking situation?
There is plenty of street parking right on Mass Ave, next to the venue. There are also public buses that go to the Yoga Center if you are not driving.
