About this Event
For Pride month, Forest Yoga is celebrating, reflecting, and creating community with our queer siblings that are often left out of the yoga studio. Let's take up space and share the divine medicine that is yoga, community, and circle!
The Hatha / Vinyasa class is set in the Joaquin Miller forest in Oakland, CA. Please bring a snack or dish to share at the potluck! Folks are welcome to join us for yoga or just come through after for the POTLUCK!
Please consider carpooling, there is limited transportation to our destination.

1:00PM -2PM ~ Circle + Reflections
2-3PM ~ Yoga (Movement, Breathwork, Meditation)
3-4PM ~ Potluck
Sola incorporates philosophy and postures from traditional Hatha and Ashtanga practices to support community members through mental and physical dis-ease. Classes include discussion, movement, meditation, breath work, and chanting. They create an inclusive space for BIPOC, queer, trans, and gender non-conforming folks to find more stillness, health, and connection to higher self.
This class will be reserved for the LGBTQIA+ community.
