When I began taking yoga sessions into nature where I love to be, I hoped that other yoga lovers would love it too.And they do!
I started taking sessions on weekend mornings in the woods of the Wye Valley and then sometimes in the beauty of the Wye Valley Sculpture Garden at Tintern which showcases art inspired by nature and has a philosophy of working with, not against, nature.
These sessions have become more popular, with people saying they feel;
- more relaxed
- calmer
- more themselves
- more grateful
- grounded
- connected
- part of the beauty of nature
- able to slow down
- more gentle with themselves
And a couple of days ago I was delighted to see that all the places for the session this Saturday have been taken!
How wonderful that these folk will experience what the stillness and magic of nature, yoga and art can do!!
If you'd like to experience it too, the next session is Saturday 13th September, at 10am.
It will be the last session in the Wye Valley Sculpture Garden this year.
