• A yoga mat or towel (required).
• Comfortable, weather-appropriate activewear (layers recommended).

• 10:00 AM– Meet atThe Standard Biergarten
• 10:30 AM– Depart for the forest location
• 12:00 PM– Arrive at the trail and walk to the yoga spot to begin the session
• 1:00 PM– Snack break and mindfulness reflection
• 1:45 PM– Conclude yoga and head to a local eatery
• 4:00 PM– Depart back to NYC

Timing is approximate and subject to group pace and traffic.
