Forest Therapy

Our experienced Forest Therapy guide Kristine Villatoro, will lead you through a series of mindful activities designed to help you connect with the natural world and find peace within yourself. Take this opportunity to recharge your mind, body, and soul in the serene beauty of the forest. No experience required, just an open heart and a willingness to relax.

This program is reserved for ages 15 and up. Some seating is available, but please bring a chair if you have one.
