Forest Silent Disco

Join us every 4th Sunday of the month at Evergreen Nature Preserve for an unforgettable Forest Silent Disco experience. Dance has been a life-saving force in my journey, and I’m thrilled to share this space where movement becomes medicine.

For generations, our ancestors danced to connect—with each other, with the earth, and with themselves. This silent disco invites you back to that sacred rhythm, grounding you in nature while freeing your spirit through music and movement. As we dance beneath the trees, surrounded by the calming embrace of the forest, our cortisol levels drop, and we reconnect with the natural world and our own bodies.

Whether you’re here to let loose, find peace, or simply move in the company of community, this is your space to dance into freedom.

Bring your headphones, wear what makes you feel alive, and let the forest guide your flow.

Start Time: 4:00 PM

Cost: Sliding Scale $10 - 25

Starting Location: Meet at the Evergreen Nature Preserve Parking lot (there is extra parking across the street at Eastway Middle school if the lot is full.

What to Expect:

• 60 minutes of dancing.
• A 1.8 mile guided walk on a well-maintained trail system.

• BYOH (Bring Your Own Headphones): Ensure you can tune into the Spotify playlist.
• Bring water!
