Morning, had a chat with a fellow classic car enthusiast at a local meeting and he’d is planning on organising the below, if any one is interested just make a comment, sounds like it could be a great day out weather permitting. On the 14 th September Sunday I am organising a car meet run for charity Saint Catherine’s hospice and the RSPCA £2 a car. We will be meeting at Moor Park car park across from Preston North End at 8.45 am then setting off at 9am to the cross key inn for breakfast which will be sausage or bacon and an egg and a brew. Costing £7 then on to a drive through the Forest of Bowland then to Longridge Alston pub. A free chip butty will be offered and a prize for driver’s favourite car. Voted by all drivers trying to get a mix of cars would be good to see you and your car.
