Forest Meditation Walk A Guided Forest Walk & Meditation
On this walk you will be gently guided through a series of sensory, creative and physical activities, designed to slow you down, relax into the calm of the forest and to connect with your nature.
Forest Mediation is guided immersion in nature which aims to tap into the healing benefits of the forest.
Originating in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, Forest Bathing or Meditation is an evidence based technique that practices slowing down in nature, connecting with the breath and the senses. This practice nourishes the nervous system, reduces stress and boosts the immune system.
Come experience the benefits yourself!
This is a two hour guided walking experience. Moderate fitness levels are required. The trail is a gentle terrain, with some small hills.
