About this Event
Feeling ready to slow down and reconnect to the present moment? Do you feel most grounded and nurtured when spending time with nature? Join us for this nature therapy experience at The Bath Nature Preserve. Participants will meet at the University of Akron Field Station which boasts a fantastic view of a lake, forests, and surrounding scenery.
During this immersive experience, participants will first be guided through gentle movement and an intention setting meditation by local yoga instructor, Sarah Waite, from YouBloom LLC.
Afterward, Amanda Essinger of Connecting Roots, LLC will provide a series of forest bathing invitations that allow us to deepen our connection to our senses, our awareness, and the interconnectedness with the world around us.
Wrapping up the event, participants will be offered a tea ceremony to share in their experiences among themselves and the land.
This is a FREE event. Prior registration is appreciated but not necessary.
