Experience the peace of Forest Bathing in a calming, natural environment, led by one of our lovely volunteers, Vicki. The term ‘forest bathing’ emerged in Japan from shinrin-yoku, meaning to take in the forest atmosphere. Forest bathing can be as simple as walking in any natural environment and consciously connecting with what’s around you.
With many of us growing reliant on electronic devices, Forest Bathing provides a solution to this nature deficit and encourages people to reconnect with, and protect our remarkable forests. Attendees can enjoy a tea ceremony at the end of the session.
The price includes full access to the reserve on the day for attendees and their family.
