Forest Bathing with Roots and Rocks Adventures

Special guest John McGraw of Roots and Rocks Adventures presents an intro to forest bathing. John will lead a hike on local trails to a quiet place where he will show you how to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest. This program is free and open to all ages. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing. Registration is encouraged.
