Are you ready for autumn? Join Lona for a weekend yoga retreat on the banks of the Potomac, just minutes from Shepherdstown for this intimate gathering. We will practice, rest and commune with a small group of yogis as we welcome fall, release summer and prepare to winter. Sleeping arrangements range from communal rooms to private spaces.
