About this Event
Spend time with artist and qualified mindfulness instructor Rachel Howfield Massey, from Other Ways to Walk in the beautiful surrounds of Wentworth Castle Gardens.
This event is aimed at adults working, freelancing or volunteering within the creative health sector; from occupational therapists to volunteers within recovery services, if you are using creativity to support others wellbeing then this is the place where we can support you.
This is one event part of a larger programme of socials and nurturing events to help connect, support and strengthen our amazing workforce.

Meet at 9.45am at Northern College Reception to begin the session at 10am prompt.
Parking in the Northern College Car Park
A car park code will be sent to you the week before the session.
Please note this is an outdoor event so please wear senisble, weather approriate clothing.
There is a cafe onsite but please ensure you bring adequate water.
