Forest Bathing (or Shinrin-yoku in Japanese) is a slow and gentle walk in nature, where we use our senses to notice our environment and our place in it. Being in nature, and specifically with trees, has been proven to have a myriad of health benefits. It can lower blood pressure, boost our immune system, help with anxiety and depression, increase our creativity and make us more generous.
