Join me this Spring for a Guided Forest Bathing Walk, where I will guide you to slow down and connect with nature through your senses.
During this guided walk, I combine Forest Bathing practices with nature immersion invitations that help you open your senses and experience nature in a new way. You will have the opportunity to slow down, relax, restore, reconnect with nature and share space with others. We will finish the Forest Bathing Walk with a Tea Gathering and seasonal snacks.
Forest Bathing is an evidence-based practice that can reduce the effects of stress, enhance your immune system, and improve your mood.
On this guided walk you will:
*Enjoy nature -based invitations to awaken senses and connect with nature
*Relax, Restore and Rest
*Learn how to slow down and be more present
*Learn how to practice Forest Bathing
*Take time to connect with the seasons and tune into the rhythm of the natural world
*Tea Gathering
*Connect with like -minded people
*You will be supplied with: seat mats, hot drinks and seasonal snacks
*What to wear: Please wear suitable walking footwear and appropriate layer clothing *No swimming costumes are needed.
* What to bring: you may wish to bring a drink, cup, journal, pen and snacks of your choice.
This Forest Bathing Guided Walk is suitable for Adults 18+.
This walk will last around 2 .5 hours
