Curious about the healing powers of nature? Join Talia Sledge, NM Licensed Social Worker and Nature Therapy Guide for a talk about forest-bathing. Learn about the healing science of Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese practice of forest-bathing. Sledge will explain how nature connections heal both the body and the mind. This talk will be in the Education Building at Rio Grande Nature Center State Park at 1:00pm on Sunday, March 15th. There is a $5.00 fee per vehicle unless you are a member of the Friends of the Rio Grande Nature Center.
