About this Event
**MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS UP and DOWN A HILL FOR THIS EVENT.
During this Forest Bathing immersion, you will be invited to use your senses to explore the forest and nature surrounding you. This is a mindfulness, embodiment, nature connection practice. The immersion lasts approximately 2 hours. Unless there is severe weather conditions that are deemed unsafe, this event will still take place if it's cold, hot, raining or snowing. If by chance weather conditions are not safe, the organizer will send out an email about 3 hours before the event scheduled time.
We will meet at Hell Hollow Wilderness Area (14437 Leroy Center Rd., Thompson, OH 44086) by the pavillion. Please look for the signs "Forest Bathing by Wise Warriors Coaching" to help direct you.
Please wear clothing appropriate in alignment with the weather conditions (ie; rain, cold weather, wind gear). Please bring a water bottle and a blanket or mat to sit on, if the ground is wet, please bring a chair instead. Optional items to bring are a journal and camera if you are so inclined.
