Reelig Glen Forest BathingA wee taster in to Forest Bathing. Please note, it is only a taster as I’m not a qualified instructor but learning.
You will need an open mind & it is a chance to slow down & relax & connect to nature & the surroundings of Reelig Glen.
We will be walking up to 2 miles, probably less but will be stopping regularly so some warm layers maybe needed.
I have sit mats available so we can sit when we stop or you can stand if preferred.
