About this Event

A forest bathing session will help you unplug from technology and slow down, bringing you into the here and now through practicing mindfulness, de-stressing and relaxing you. As soon as you open your senses, you begin to connect to the natural world.

Join qualified Forest Bathing Instructor and Natural Mindfulness guide, Joss, for forest bathing sessions set in Tehidy Wood.

Joss will guide you through a series of invitations that will aim to relax you and deepen your connection and love of nature. No prior experience or nature knowledge needed and don't worry, you're only bathing in the atmosphere of the forest... no water involved!

The sessions at Tehidy Woods will meet at Tehidy Woods Cafe. Which is a 2 minute walk from the closest car park (Tehidy Wood Parking TR14 0HA). The Cafe will be closed upon arrival, but by the end of the session it will be open for refreshments, hand-washing and toilet facilities. The accessibility of the sessions will vary, so please contact Joss if you have any specific requirements.
