Forest Bathing: introducing the Birch and Oak trees

This month I'm introducing "Every Tree Tells a Story" a series of Forest bathing walks honouring the wisdom of trees💚

Throughout history trees have stood as guardians of ancient wisdom. In every culture trees are part of our folklore whispering stories of transformation resilience and deep connection.

"Every tree tells a story" is a series of gentle forest bathing walks that invite you to slow down and listen. Each walk will focus on a different tree exploring not only its healing properties but also its symbolism folklore and teachings.

Through mindful walking stillness and open-heart observation we'll reconnect with the natural world and remember what our ancestors always knew: the trees are not only part of the forest they are storytellers teachers and guides.

April features the Birch and Oak tree which were both regarded as sacred and powerful by our ancestors.
