About this Event
Experience the serenity of our urban oasis through a unique Forest Bathing experience.
✨ Guided by Karina Del Punta, Ph.D., neuroscientist and founder of neuroXnature, bringing together decades of scientific research and a lifelong dedication to exploring our relationship with the natural world.
Forest Bathing—or Shinrin-yoku—is a guided practice of slowing down, awakening the senses, and deepening presence through a sequence of gentle invitations that foster connection and reciprocity with the living world.
As you move through the garden—among palms, native trees, and the shimmer of the koi pond—urban noise gives way to birdsong and breeze. In this shared space of awareness, ordinary moments begin to feel extraordinary: alive, meaningful, and filled with beauty.
🌿 Evidence-based benefits include reduced stress, enhanced immunity, improved mood, and greater mental clarity.
