Led by a certified guide from The Forest Bathing Institute, expect two hours of calm and mindfulness as you are immersed in the sights, sounds, scents and sensations of our beautiful nature reserve. FAQs
1. IS THIS SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS?
The route will be on small tracks and rough ground. A motorised wheelchair is likely to be able to navigate the terrain, but a manual user may find it more difficult.
2. ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
Children under 16 are not permitted due to the nature of this mindfulness experience. Children between 16 -18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
3. IS THIS SUITABLE FOR DOGS?
Only assistance dogs are permitted.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Events will go ahead in all weather except for extreme conditions, such as high winds, thunder or very high heat. The Forest Bathing practitioner will advise on what to wear and bring with you.
5. HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Each session lasts 2-3 hours, depending on the group and the weather conditions.
