Join us for an introduction to Forest Bathing where you fully immerse yourself in the outdoors, engaging all of your senses. This practice is known to enhance health and well-being. Please bring a yoga mat if you are able; there is a limited supply to loan.
Cost: $15/FBBG members and $20/non-members
Class for adults 18 and up.
