About this Event
Meet at Arbor Row Center and head outdoors for a restorative series offering gentle sensory engagement, guided mindfulness, and facilitated nature connection practices. Participants will explore the renewal of spring through a series of guided invitations that support wellbeing, calm, and social connection. Tea and light snacks provided. Registration required. Additional Kindred Nature Waiver required to participate.
Ilana Rubin is a warm-hearted, experienced certified nature and forest therapy guide and the founder of Kindred Nature, trained through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. Since 2021, she has guided restorative experiences with nature and community to foster resilience, inner radiance, and a sense of belonging. Ilana has guided programs for clients including the U.S. Forest Service, NOVA Parks, the GW Office of Integrative Medicine and Health, faith communities, environmental nonprofits, and other organizations as well as families, couples, and individuals.
