Forces of Attraction – An Experiential Hypbrid Temple-Workshop

Why are we often drawn to the same kinds of people, even when it doesn’t serve us? Why do we repeat certain patterns when we relate and in love? In this workshop, we will gently but directly explore these questions.

We’ll look at:

• Attachment styles and how they shape who we you drawn to.
• The default patterns that play out in your relationships.
• How your senses can bias you.
• The polarities of the masculine and feminine energies within each of us, and how understanding them can bring more balance and integration.

This is an experiential evening. You will be guided through exercises, reflections, and explorations designed to:

• Challenge your usual assumptions about attraction.
• Learn to feel into and honour what you truly need and desire.
• Bring unconscious shadow beliefs and thoughts to light.
• Help you try out new ways of relating.
• Show you where more inner work and growth may be needed.

Important:

• We will establish clear agreements and do groundwork on consent before we begin.
• Everything is voluntary.
• This is a clothed event.
• This offer is open to everyone who resonates with it.
• This is a 100% sober event.

We will create a safe, trauma-informed supportive container together where you can experiment, reflect, and leave with greater clarity about yourself and your patterns of attraction, so you can begin building healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Please arrive at 18:15 for a 18:30 start

Pleaes allow 10 minutes to find the venue if you have not been to Wamos before. It is the door at the back of the Hof and up five flights of stairs.

Please bring clothes you feel comfortable in, have good hygiene and avoid any perfumes or scented products.

Please bring a:

• Water bottle
• Blind fold
• Pen & journal
• Good dose of curiosity and an open mind
